Celsiana Warwick graduated Phi Beta Kappa with a B.A. in Classics from the University of California, Davis, in 2012. She also double-minored in Anthropology and Linguistics. In 2010-2011, she studied abroad in Ireland at University College, Dublin. Her undergraduate senior thesis, “Post-Homeric Representations of Achilles and Patroclus in Greek Literature,” received highest honors. Her research interests include Homer, Homeric receptions, ancient gender and sexuality, intertextuality, and Indo-European studies. Her ambition in life is to learn every language quoted in T.S. Eliot’s The Waste Land.
